These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EXFIL, the operator of Chainara. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• Cryptocurrency wallet risk analysis

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per individual or organization unless otherwise agreed

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including API key usage. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with security obligations.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Subscription Tiers

• Community (Free): Limited access with usage restrictions
• Enterprise: Full access with premium features and support

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXFIL AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
